Hi,
I am living in RG Residency, Secto-120, NOIDA. It’s a residential society and have TataSky DTH connection (sunscriber no.: 1364006633) through common society DTH service, maintained and managed by Tatasky technicians. On 4th March I experienced No Signal issue and complained to Tatasky Customer care they told me technician visit would be chargeable if issue belongs to inside flat premises.
Next day technician visited my residence and informed me that it was a power outage in main signal supply line and thus no charge is applicable.
But 2 days after Tatasky deducted Rs.150/- from my DTH balance stating your connection is not under warranty. I contacted technician and he took Tatasky customer support on conference, explained ground situation then Tatasky customer support informed my DTH connection not under common society connection category and thus technician visit is chargeable. Technician again clarified that subscriber has No separate Dish and signal supply is going through common line and it’s Tatasky fault who registered my connection under separate DTH connection. Technician again explained on same day in same Tower he closed 4 more complaints of Tatasky signal issue and none of them charged then how my account was debited? After long discussion Tatasky Customer Support Executive agreed to log a complaint but it’s 4th day and Tatasky did nothing. I everyday in evening I am contacting them but Tatasky persons not correcting their records and refunding deducted amount.
