On 22nd feb I ordered a parcel from kareem”s, the food was rotten but that’s a different issue , the boy who came to deliver the parcel charged me the amount that was provided from kareem’s not from zomato, the price from the shop was arounbd 567 and zomatos offer was 474, i gave him 600 since he was not having any change, later my colleague informed me about the same , till date the delivery boy giving me silly excuses and not coming to return me the amount and repeated complain had been forwarded to zomato,no action has been taken from their part till now
