I am the customer of airtel holding mobile number 9949494000. I have seen that my bill was generated for 6130.88, whereas it is supposed to be around 470. I have raised a request to look in to this issue. Airtel call centre said it is due to international packs activation. I have never given any consent that “Please activate the international plan of 3999, and I will pay”. Later when I spoke to Airtel call centre, she said, she cannot do anything and kept allegations on me that, I have made the consent. Because airtel verification voice records claims that I made the consent. She gave me a number 9959334865 to call and check my voice records. Now this number does not allow me to talk to anyone. There Nodal officers are rejecting to show the evidence. I requested to show the evidence of my consent, but they are adamant to talk about it. Now I am getting penalized and they are chasing me to pay 6130. Can we get some help to teach a lesson to Airtel?
