Text of Complaint by Sandeep Shrivastava:

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received regarding my recent billing issue. My bill for Mobile Number +91-9990947482 was generated on March 9th, and on the same day, I raised a complaint regarding incorrect charges. Specifically, I paid in cash to the technician for the replacement of the set-top box, but the charges were not reflected accurately on my bill.

Despite my efforts in following up on this matter, I have not received any updates from your team. It is disheartening that I have had to consistently reach out and chase the team to rectify the bill so that I can settle the amount owed. This level of service is far below my expectations and has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

I urge you to prioritize this issue and provide a swift resolution. I expect clear communication and timely action from your team to correct the billing error and ensure that my bill accurately reflects the charges incurred.
