Sir,
I received the Bill for the month of Jun for Rs 1512. Whereas I have opted for the monthly plan of 149 and I get approx 212 inclusive of GST. When I enquired about the wrong bill they are stating that I have called an Unknown number 56000 for 1hr18mins which is erroneously done. I neither called such number nor talked to anyone. I requested the customer care for revoke the same. But they are not helping me any way out and forcing to pay the bill. And now they have barred my number for not paying the bill. Also my monthly credit for calling is Rs 600 then how they did not barred my number when it crossed 600.
Request to revoke the erroneously charged money of my phone bill and start my number because my many financial transaction number allotted is the same. Moreover I use the SIM in my Basic Phone so there is no question arising of it got erroneously touch by me or wrongly placed call. This is an error occurred from the Vodafone Side.
