I had Vodafone postpaid connection last year which i closed in the month of May’20. The primary issue was i had lost my Vodafone SIM in the month of March’20 and was unable to get the new SIM due to Lockdown. Once Lockdown was lifted, i had informed the same to Vodafone by visiting their Bommanahalli store in Bangalore. They had issued new SIM one after the other(4 Times) and none got activated even after providing valid original documents. Later i requested them to close the account(Have a ticket No. for that)which they did. However they have continued the billing in my account for the month of June-july’20 period. Their customer representatives were calling me everyday regarding the bill payment and were using abusive words. I had explained them the situation to their general Managers and had sent repeated emails regarding the issue. Instead i am getting calls everyday and giving me mental torture. Hence i am raising the complaint against Vodafone and need a resolution for this. My concern is why should i pay for the service which i have not used.
