This is to inform you that I have received a bill of Rs.4K this month. When I enquired I was told there was 2999 pack activated on my phone. I’m w Vodafone for over a decade now and it is really surprising as well as shocking for me.
I clearly remember I activated per day plan which was for Rs.599 per day. I was in Singapore for a business meet only for two days. I’m sure there is some issue in the system as my business trip was already planned for a duration of 2 days and there is no point I will activate 7 days plan.
Not sure where to go from here. I would want somebody to look into it and take an appropriate action.
