I have Prepaid plan with Vodafone with primary number 9830620104 and secondary number 8334944997.
I made complaints to them as I found some fictitious billing done for July 20 and May 20.
July 20 Bill

have been charged Rs.910 for special number SMS on 53488 and Rs.140 for accessing service ONM_VCONTEST_PPU_5 on July bill.
I told then
I boldly declare I have not done this operation from my phone. Even if by mistake , could be once . NOT possible to do it number of times.
THERE IS DEFINITE SYSTEM ISSUE that generated so many records each of 5/- and you charged it to me.

I have found that Vodafone has charged Rs.195 for International SMS.
The numbers listed in the itemized bill are a series of international numbers that are completely fictitious to me.
Both of the cases are been told to them repeatedly that I did not do anything like that and check your system as it is generating faulty records and charging to me unnecessarily.
They are not ready to listen to me
