Text of Complaint by Mukesh Kumar Mathur:

Dear Sir,

I have faced 2-3 times the issue by customer care executives and outlet also.

Everytime Airtel does not do as commited . My latest issue is this that on 10th April 2019,

After long discussion with senior level on, 10th April 2:00 pm reference id-  2893099617, Harmohit Singh ,Floor Manager, he told rental plan will be rs. 699/- +2 child no.

When I got the bill , there is rent of plan rs. 799/- pm After that I am regular follow up to airtel buy email and phone . They are always telling this plan is not available.

I am asking when it is not available so why did you change yourself without my permission. Answer is sorry we take your feedback by nodal officer.

Before this issue , outlet person had also  change the plan from rs 199/- advance rental to 199/- pm

Please guide me how can I handle this situation.
