• This is my wife number 9711763208 she passed away and I am not using this number anymore. I am just keeping this number as sentiment and not for calling or receiving calls. This phone is switched of for long time and I never used for all these months but I am getting charged every month. Till last month the charge was around 1087/- I was been thrown from customer care to Vodafone showroom for resolving the issue I have been asked to pay 500/- and call customer care to get a waive off and they asked me to pay at least 500/- which I paid recently. Kindly give me waiver for the remaining amount as I am not capable of paying it as I lost my job as well. Kindly allow me waiver of the remaining 587/- and change this number to prepaid numbet.
