My Vi mobile postpaid billing is Rs. 117/- per months. Last two months the billing is Jan,Rs 958/- and Feb, is Rs. 787/- with out internet only incoming and outgoing calls. I have contact the Vi center Hiranandani powai regarding the issue they said you have downloaded. I am using my Wifi provided by the vendor.How can they charge me the downloads charges. May I request to look in to the matter and let me know.
