Text of Complaint by Refilwe Makgamatha:

I ordered a few items from Snatcher Online, for some reason I was billed twice for this order. This was almost a month ago. I have tried with no success to resolve this matter with Snatcher directly to no avail. The “customer care rep” has stopped responding to my emails and has not bothered to indicate when I will be getting my refund
