I have been billed unnecessarily for an international roaming pack which I had activated on 24/01/2021 and immediately ( within few minutes) deactivated it using the SMS system as I found it to be financially unviable. However, I have been charged Rs. 7477 as part of my total bill which includes the International roaming pack.
I have written numerous emails to the customer service from February 3 2021 but till date I and my family are being harassed for this unjust billing. Below is one of the copied emails I received from customer care where they have acknowledged that I have not used the roaming facility.
Please resolve the issue immediately as it is creating unnecessary stress to me and my family.

I attempted to call on your Vi number 9764269259 alternate number 9975979793 yesterday, however, due to non-contactability, the concern could not address and discussed.
I would like to summarize your concern regarding billing and charging.
I have thoroughly checked your bill dated 25/12/2020 to 24/01/2021 and would like to summarize your details for your Vi mobile number 9764269259 below:
· You have been charged of Rs.7477.39/- for month of 25/12/2020 to 24/01/2021.
· You have charged of Rs.399/- for postpaid plan rental
· Rs.50/- has been charged for Late payment charges
· Roaming pack of 28 days Rs.5999/-
· Local SMS Rs.1/-
· Previous balance of Rs.132.43 are adjusted in the current bill
· The Central GST of Rs.580.41/- and State GST of Rs.580.41/- reflected in your bill invoice
Upon system check, I would like to inform you that you have not used the roaming pack of Rs.5999/-which was activated on dated 24/01/2021.
Please give a line of confirmation for proceed further so we can forward your concern to our concern team.
Taking into consideration the above, I wish to clarify the charges levied are in accordance to the other usage except roaming pack done from your Vi mobile number 9764269259 are found to be correct.
