This is with regard to my latest order on Jiomart.

I have been billed for the following 2 items but they have not been delivered.
Ariel matic top load 4+2kg – Rs 875
Srikrishna Paneer 200g – Rs 59.60
I have not received any refund or replacement for these.
I had taken up the complaint with a customer care executive by name Mr. Ashish. He said I would be receiving a complaint ID and tracking details. However none of that has been received by me. I urge you to look into the matter urgently.
I had mailed the jiomart ID, they promised resolution in 72 hours but none of that happened. They have closed all my tickets raised on the app as well. No refund initiated , no replacement either. Very disappointing behaviour from a brand like of Jio.
Please look into my issue.
