Hi Sir,

I have been using vodafone services since more than 12 years(9920247651). Before 4 months , changed my plan to minimum plan that’s 99 per month which was not paid for 4 months because was having balance of surplus 700.

since last 2 days have been getting threatening call from that department with abuse word that have to pay 2067 which is not correct at all.

To avoid any trouble, have paid 2100 today, but i would request strong action should taken against the person who was using abuse word in what’s app message.

and to return my money as bill was only 400.
