With great regret I am writing this mail that I am unable to understand the bill generated for my plan. When I called jio customer care for this, they are not capable to explain the billing cycle and due amount and even disconnected the call. I took the connection on 04Dec21 and was told there will be no bill till Mar’22 when made upfront payment of 3,536/- but I am getting bill now in Feb’22 amounting to INR275/-. There is also an unbilled amount of 282/-. Please help resolve the issue as I am not even able to submit bill in my office because of the way statement is shared. It must show month wise billed amount which is not reflecting given the complexity of the structure of bill. They are just transferring blame and telling me to mail customer care, email them use app for complaint but not providing resolution.
