My name is Jagjit Singh s/o Harbhajan Singh my two vodafone no is 9646197077,9646198077 i have request Jio company to port this no 9646197077,9646198077 on October 2020. After request then a day later I get a call from a Vodafone company official named Jyoti from 9988011430 who told me not to port this number in Jio company. I told her your service is not good then i disconnect the call. Then she call me again & again bt i can’t receive her call at last i received her call she told me they will provide me good service i told to her how i can trust on your service she told we will give you a better service, I said that the better service is being provided by another company. What are the benefit to me? Madam Jyoti say that you had paid the last bill of your number 735rs, it will be refunded and your cheque will be post on your address and we will provide you free service next 3 month,you do not have to pay any charges.At last i agree. 2 January 2021 out going calls and internet services stopped on my number and they generate 402rs bill in my account. Also i have not received a cheque by them. Why they make me a fool and now there mobile number is not reachable.They fooled me by lying. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as and strictly action on Vodafone company.
