i have the complaint against the vodafone service. i was called many time in customer care no since 24 aug 2022 but the issue is not solved yet. every time i called to vodafone customer care executive and they said that we r in recording call but they even dont know the compaint of mine that erlier i called for what.
on 24 aug 2022 i called to customer care that my bill amount is high they said that we were given waiver of Rs-118 you can pay ony 470/-rs. i was paid amount on 26 but after some time my bill reflect 200 something again called to customer care they said dont worry you just pay you normal amount of Rs471 rest amount is we minius in ur account.. i paid my 471/-Rs bill but again i got call that my bill is pending again i told the whole story they said dont worry i will manage this is vodafone customer care mistake that we r not resolve you issue yet u have not to pay any extra amount , pay only your bill amount only.
but again the customer care called me for pending bill and i was told him the full story but my complaint is not solved yet
