Dear Sir,

I am holding a postpaid connection with you for more than 20 years and till last month the bill plan was 199
but in the current bill , the bill plan is changed to 299, which i have not opted.
why i should pay more ?/ , since i was paying 250 to 300 per month earlier
in that case i would have been opted for some other mobile network operators than Airtel.
