I was using Vodafone hotspot previously which I disconnected in dec 2018. In nov 2018 I used the data hardly for a week with great difficulty because net was not working. I called Vodafone support so many times with no help. So I disconnected net in dec. in Jan 2019 they started calling me to pay the bill of 1900 with extra fee as I have not paid the bill of nov because Vodafone app was not working and they did not send the bill to my email. After a month of bill generation they started calling me and threatening me that they will come to my residence with their team to collect the bill, and they will put a case against me, firstly they did not help me when net was not working, secondly they did not send the bill to my email, thirtdly after a month of bill generation they are calling and threatening me,
