Vodafone bill payment of INR471 was made via Chq no 000873 dated 22nd April, ICICI bank branch goregaon east SHagun tower and as u can see from the statement the payment was cleared on 24th april. My first complaint was on 3rd march and there’s no resolution from vodafone till date. Vodafone refuses to acknowledge this payment and have issued a new bill with this amt reflecting as pending and with late payment fees and taxes accordingly
they called me requested for bank debit proof and transaction id from bank which was provided to them. the transaction id S25269492. BAnk has confirmed this payment has been cleared and credited to vodafone. But vodafone is harassing me and not acknowledging the payment. Owing to such theft , i cannot make the last bill payment till this is resolved. i would like to take legal action for harassment and theft against vodafone
