My bill amount was Rs 260, wherein I had made a payment of Rs 300 on 29th Jan, 2019.
My payment was not updated due to which I had given my transaction ID and also send my Bank statement to corporate.assist@vodafoneidea.com
I had also lodge a complain over the phone and they informed that it will take 24 hours to update the payment in the system.
However it was more than 24 hours, Vodafone barred my services without giving any intimation.
I do not understand if the customer had made the payment, provided the transaction ID also send an email about the statement and if the complain case is open then how can the Carrier barred my services.
Absolutely unethical. Since I passed out my college, I have used only 1 carrier which is Vodafone. I really think being a loyal customer to Vodafone, they have ill treated with me.
The annoying part is no intimation. I can understand if the payment was not done Or vodafone is not aware about the payment the action of barring my services would have been considered.
Whenever I have called Customer Service of Vodafone, they have informed me that within 24 hours the payment would be updated. and the 24hours never turned up.
Finally my husband again did the payment of Rs 264. and the payment done on 29th Jan 2019 I have no clue when that amount would be updated.
