I am a consumer of BHARTI AIRTEL post paid mobile connection, for the last 2 months I have been noticing that in spite of making payments in time I get calls and voice messages from airtel that my connections will go off if I fail to pay my dues. I called the customer care on 15th. Complaint no. Is 31-2796153210275, spoke to a lady named KAREENA, no improvement, i kept getting reminders and threats from airtel so I called up customer care airtel again, spoke to BHASKAR date 24/01/2020 time 2;40 pm complaint no 31-2814061004094, its not been resolved yet. Now I got my jan bill where they have added the previous paid bill amount too. Hence I request customer forum to take up the case.
Payment made on 13/01/2020 amount 450 inr, where as my bill amount was 437, through airtel on line bill payment website, from my standard chartered debit card.
Transaction I’d is 200112982212,attaching the foto of my bank statement too.
I want them to compensate this time for the unnecessary harassment that I am going through.
