I made my mobile bill payment on 5th Jan 2019 using UPI on the Vodafone app. To complete the UPI, I used googlepay. The money was taken from my account on the same date and it shows as going to Vodafone on my bank statement. But Vodafone can’t find the payment. The transaction shows complete on my googlepay as well. I sent Vodafone screenshots of the transaction completion and my bank statement. But they still can’t find my payment. I have been emailing and trying to contact them for 3 weeks now. Each time I get a new persona and I have to continue to explain what’s wrong. No one knows that’s happening.
