Hi,

This complaint is for airtel. Bill payment is due on Jan 24th, however i made payment on Jan 8th. Within no time the services are barred without prior intimation and the customer care is pathetic. I called 121 and the recorder goes on and there is no option to talk to customer care.

they dont give a grace time of 24hrs for us to pay but to activate services they need 24-72 hrs from a customer. Also they are so reluctuant that they are least bothered what the situation customer has to face.
