I have paid BSNL broadband bill on 26th of Sept and its still showing In process and I contacted customer care they said they don’t have on call support for this kind of issue and they suggested me to raise a ticket on Paytm app and i have done that, but there also they are not responding properly. They just replied we are still waiting from retailer response, you can cancel the order if its showing in process but as i have paid bill one month before its not showing any option to cancel. I got the bill for next month as will including the amount for month of Oct but still status of payment is in process. This is not expected from Paytm.
