Text of Complaint by Sridhara Sundararaj:

I had paid Rs 707/- as my May 2021 Bill for my Mobile through CITI Bank. The Amount has been deducted from my Bank and CITI Bank confirms that the Amount has been transferred. Airtel is not acting to confirm that the Amount has been transferred or not. I have raised the complaint up to the Appellate. They have disconnected connection. Now I have paid the Amount and got it connected. Still the issue with respect to the payment of Rs 707 is not resolved.
