Hi Sir,
My number is 9871922856 Im getting overbilled by the airtel for the past three months. I took thier service NETFLIX as there was offer on it fot three months. After three months I called them and asked to deactivate it however it was not deactivated and again I got overchrged in my next bill. So I called them again and asked to deactivate it one of their exectives told me that it has been deactivated and you will not get extra bill in next month. Again I was overcharged in the bill of June. So I called them again on 07/5/2019 to waive off the extra bill and I will pay my bill as per my plan which is 400. I paid 400 on 15/07/2019. After two days all my outgoing calls were suspended. I Called them and they told me that I still have 241 left to be paid. So I called them on 15/07/2019 and they waived off late payment charges of 100 and now I had to pay only 141. So I paid 141 on 15/07/2019. However my outgoing calls were not activated. So I had to make one one important phone call at 1Am and I got a message that my services have been suspeneded. So I called them at 121, no one was ready to solve the issue. Firstly I had a conversation with one of their executives and he disconnected the call without even solving my issue. So I request you to please look into this matter and take strict action.
