I had Payed my Vodafone postpaid Bills and change my network from postpaid to prepaid on 31/12/2018 but still company call me and say that my Rs.1265/- are still pending but mini vodafone customer care centre(Opp. Mata Rani Chowk,Near Corporation Office) say that there is no bill pending so I am confused that who are right. Also, the store didn’t give me receipt and speak in rough language. Also the say me to block the number by saying that it is prank call. So I am confused who is right and who is wrong.
