On 31/08/2020, I have received message of 90% alert where it has shown I have 10 Gb data remaining. My usage from 01/09/2020 till 03/09/2020 is roughly around 8Gb. They are not accepting the system fault and not rebilling. Also when I asked to send my request number via email they have stopped replying.
