Hi Team.
I have a vodafone postpaid number : 8820025274 . From past few month i was facing a lot of issue of additional charges which i have never asked for. Every time i had to call up the customer care and tell them about the issue and they used to reverse the bill. Problem started on the bill of January. After many followup a vodafone associate on 17th Jan said that i have to pay 276 and also asked to change my a plan to a different one so that i never get the issue again, but she never mentioned that the discount which i was getting on my existing bill of 200 pm (as i migrated from reliance GSM) will not be given if bill calculated on pro-rate basis.
I paid 300 (26 extra). But still in my bill they are showing i have not paid my complete bill and nowhere the extra amount i paid is also mentioned.
Please help me in sorting this thing. I have sent 20 mails to the vodafone care and every time a new person calls me up and i have to explain from the beginning .
