I raised a request to cancel the postpaid mobile connections of my company on Sept 28, 2020. They are not responding to the cancel request inspite of sending them mails and calling them. They are still sending me the bills. We had settled all outstanding on Sept 28 upon their request and have not used the connections since that date.
