This all inconvenience and non payment  of Bill is due to Airtel Rep Mr bhardwaj at Mathura who ported my airtel numbers from J & K to UP Airtel. Also he has changed my old plan of Rs 799/- to Rs 999/-, in which Airtel offers 1+ 3 number and one data.

In January 2020, after change of plan, I paid all due bills. But Mr bhardwaj could not provide  that 3 number which came in plan.

The number 9797773986 is my wife number  which was to be included in the plan, however due to some problem or tech incompetence of Mr bhardwaj it was not included in the plan.

When I started receiving calls from Airtel for payment of due bill of my wife above number, I informed Mr bhardwaj that it should be paid along with other number in the plan which is on my name/number 9878331486.

On this he assured me that he will resolve the issue. However today even after two months, he has not resolved the issue.

Meanwhile, I have received several calls from airtel for payment of this bill. I have told your callers more than hundred times about the problem, specially to Mr umesh and Mr Sanjay, of meerut Airtel region, they also assured that matter will be resolved shortly. You can hear the recording in which I have my problems to your callers.

Today I am so disappointed  and fed up that I want to quit Airtel and go for other service provider. I would request Airtel higher official to look into my complaint and take quick action. I would also request some senior officials from airtel to speak to me and I will tell my entire problem.

I hope that immediate action will be taken and our association will continue for longer.
