Hi Vodafone,
I would like inform you about you own rule for porting of number from Voda to any other network customer has to make full payment in order for them to successfully port.
I ported in the month of FEB from Vodafone to Airtel. And now after so many months I have been receiving messages stating there is a pending balance of 81.19 with Vodafone. With no link to make the payment and no bill proof to show what are the charges for.
My current sevice providers have stopped my services because Vodafone has not send them confirmation of my successful payments.
I have lost alot of time on this there is no number to call voda directly and any number I call is not valid.
Please treat this matter as very urgent. Also now I am looking for a compensation for my time which is waisted due to Vodafone’s ignorace and unprofessionalism.
