Hi,
I used this Airtel Post paid no. regularly from 2011 and regular check the amount of bill during my bill period.
Today, when I was checking the Bill amount in My artel app. It was shocked to me that the Bill amount stated was very much high for me. After the inquired from the CCE , I came to know that the bill amount was very high due to the ISD calls .
But the fact is that, I never activate the ISD call Facility on my Post Paid connections. and not done any call And no proper response is getting from airtel.
Very poor and a bad service i must say.
