Dear Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent bill cycle. I was informed that my subscription included a free period for the first three months.Which was Starting from March-April , April-May & May-June. However, I have received a bill that falls within this free subscription period(04 May -04 June) , which should not have been charged.
They are not responding with correct query in chat box .
