I have filed complain on airtel regarding bill generated on lockdown period 2021 date of complain 09/06/2021, i have got call from airtel & they told me to pay bill of Rs-510 & remaining amount will be satelment in 5 to 10 minutes so i have paid Rs 510, & now they r telling now they cannot do adjustment & i have to pay more bill after that next month they will do, like this they r missguiding & collecting bills, so now with this i want refund of last years also, 3 month lockdown payment which i have allready paid to airtel of un-used data
