i sanjay tiwari customer of your airtel wifi dongle with no 956050519 wants to complain about my bill which is amounted to 825 with due date 8 oct 2018.i am not at all ready to pay any amount to airtel beacause even after complaining three times to mail and calls where i informed that i am not at all able to use my wifi due to your most poor network in my area they never responded or rectified my complain. Secondly while purchasing the wifi plan they gave me information saying the maximum bill each month will be 750 where in last month without using the network they sent me bill of 825 rs i want to lodge a complain against airtel that why do they give false information to the customer while selling the service or product to the customer . I want to also say that we are a joint family have been using airtel since long 17 years but now we all want to shift to jio only because of the worst service of network by airtel and giving false information to us just to sell their product or service i am very dissapointed and not ready to pay the amount sent by airtel
if this continues me and all my family and friends will stop airtel and swith wifi to jio its shame on airtel
i want immediate action to be taken on this
