I must say vodafone has the poorest customer service ever a company has.
I made my complete bill buy still 593 is showing outstanding
On 18tg march your port request team gave me waiver of 600₹ but you have not reduced my amount
The waiver is not updated.
Daily i get a call from your team regarding bill payment
Last time they said waiver will get updated with 72 hours but still not updated.
I will try to make sure this case will be escalated to very higher authority
