I was previously using vodafone postpaid number. I changed my plan from ₹499 to ₹299. My oct + dec bill should have been ₹600+ taxes but my bill was ₹2800 something. I got a wave from vodafone and I paid ₹1400 as for settlement.
After I cleared my bill I switched to vodafone prepaid. I cleared all my dues and got first recharge of ₹567. I was told that I will recieve 3gb per day but I only got 1.4 gb a day.
Also, I was to get ₹250 back from vodafone as for security of my postpaid no after it was converted into prepaid and I only received ₹160.
As my internet got exhausted today. I dialed a number I received through SMS from vodafone for a bonus internet pack of 2gb. I dialed that number and I only got 500 mb that too for ₹94.
I want VODAFONE to pay for all the compensation.
