Even after repeated visit to Vodafone outlet in Mumbai & telephonic complaints still am facing problem I was being told everything is settled & I will not face any problem in future but this month again Vodafone sent me bill with inflated bill amount in name of miscellaneous vodafone people’s are activating & deactivating services without my concern or any authorisation from me I would like to make it clear neither I requested for activation of any service nor for deactivation. whatever is free with this plan which is top plan of Vodafone is what am looking for.
But Vodafone is misleading customer by sending this kind of bills & I see it as a fraud with customers.I want this to stop immediately & apology’s from Vodafone in writing along with assurance of immediate reversal of this charges & guarantee from CEO that I will not face this problem in future.
