One app is there bikri which provide sales and purchase between customer and saler in that my customer paid me 22900 and that app also charging 1.5% commision they deducted my commion of 336 and also not settlement ing my 22556 also not refunding money to customer payment source also they I put complain on 12 August in there app chat section but they are not responding than I email tham for refund but they are not replying today I called there customer care he is saying provide bill of product you sell now so what to do i dont know they are holding my payment for this reason they have to inform me but in app or by sms they did not inform me after 5 days I know that this is the reason for my holding but when I am asking for my money they are not repying please do something for my money am sharing some proofs or screen shots of complaints and order id etc
