The Hon’ble Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission

Subject: Complaint Against Royal Enfield for Deficiency in Service and Failure to Resolve Customer Grievance

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint against Royal Enfield regarding the poor service and negligence shown in addressing my grievance.

Approximately two months ago, I noticed that a part of my motorcycle was damaged while it was at the authorized Royal Enfield showroom/service center. After the incident, I received a feedback call from Royal Enfield’s customer care team, during which I clearly informed them about the damage and lodged a complaint.

In addition to the telephonic complaint, I also sent an email detailing the issue and requested immediate action. However, despite the passage of more than two months, neither the showroom nor Royal Enfield customer care has taken any corrective action. I have not received any satisfactory response, repair, replacement, or compensation for the damage caused.

The continuous delay and lack of response have caused me considerable inconvenience, mental stress, and loss of confidence in the company’s customer service.

Therefore, I respectfully request the Hon’ble Commission to:

1. Direct Royal Enfield to immediately inspect and rectify/replace the damaged motorcycle part at no cost to me.
2. Direct the company to provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, mental agony, and time lost due to their negligence.
3. Take suitable action against the concerned service center for deficiency in service.
4. Grant any other relief deemed fit in the interest of justice.

I am enclosing copies of the complaint email, service records, photographs of the damaged part, and any other relevant documents in support of my complaint.
