Myself Jagadeesh from Kerala, owner of Bullet Standard 350.
I gave my bike on 17-08-2022 at Royal Enfield Service centre due to a missing complaint while riding.
On 18th i got a call that the complaint is rectified, relay area is cleaned as it was having fungus and its ready, but when i have done test drive again the same missing is there,
So the service advisor said better we will open the pump head and check the complaint, so as per that i got a call on 20th morning stating that the issue is resolved, they have cleaned the throttle body.
Today on 23rd Aug i have visited the showroom for delivery, but the same missing complaint is there and it was not rectified by the service team
Hence i don’t want my bike to be serviced anymore in this showroom and i have kept my bike in service centre itself,band i requested the CRM Head to provide me a letter mentioning that
the complaint is not yet rectified and the owner is taking back the bike at owners risk, but they are not willing to provide me the same
I request for a compensation from the day of 17th August till the date of the complaint .
