Hi Sir,
I am citizen of India in Rajasthan State. I am ex- service person from Indian Army. Earlier in the year of 2018 a company namely Bike Boat, (Garvit Innovative Promoters and Strength Wed Mart Pvt Ltd.) Director of Sanjay Bhati and his company organized a face to face meeting with me and other person at Neemrana Hotel, Rajasthan. The company Director and other authorized person promise to us to investment in their company and also get more benefit from the company. They also assured that if any person investment in their company they will pay huge amount per month as their investment. Thereafter, I agree to investment in the above said company and I investment the below said amount in the above said company as under:

After the first investment on dated 16-08-2018 the above said company return my amount as per terms and condition of the company the following payment was transferred in my account as under:

Thus I was invest total amount of Rs. 5,66,357.20/- and the above said company return amount Rs. 2,31,675/- hence an amount of Rs. 3,34,681/- is pending towards the above said company.
That now come in my notice that the above said company Directors were arrested by CBI and a case wss registered against the company in NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) Allahabad and the Allahabad bench of NCLT has appoint Mr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta (IRP) of the above said company.
Thus I am request to please to please do needful and also help me for return my above said amount.
