Jio agents is asking for extra amount for air fiber installation in village areas and charging the same but not doing installation, they are charging the amount and cheating the customers. Even customer care is not taking any action on this and not supporting in installation or not doing refund even though we have done the payment through Jio legal payments channel. Its been 45 days i am fighting with jio for my wifi connection and refund after they failed to do installation attempt. Customer care is simply saying please wait for one week and they dont have track of the procedure or control over the process, they dont have the responsibility towards customers. They ask all the questions and listen the entire issue and disconnect the call without providing any solution and i wrote multiple mails to their mailbox and no response provided from them as well. Finally i wasted my valuable 45 days time in chasing Jio for Air fiber installation and cancellation of my request and refund, and till today no refund made they asked to wait for few more days and disconnected the call. The way of treating customers by Jio customer care team is purely irresectable and no value to customers pain, time and their money, the only policy of jio is doing scams, cheating and looting customers.
