I want to share my experience with Bizxtech Solutions India Private Limited (https://bizxtechsolutionsindia.com/) so that others do not fall into the same trap. I received a call on 30th March 2026 from their representative Ms. Bhavna (+91 83497 74791) regarding their algo trading software. Initially, I was not interested, but they kept following up continuously through calls and WhatsApp messages. They sent daily profit screenshots, Demat statements of other users, and even payment proofs to convince me that their software generates consistent profits.
After nearly two weeks of continuous persuasion and seeing all these positive screenshots, I decided to try their software and made a payment of INR 5,900/- on 16th April 2026. After the payment, the software activation itself was delayed by around 3 days. Once activated, I tested the software and found that it was consistently making losses instead of profits.
When I raised this issue, I was told clearly, “Sir, basic plan mein loss hota hai, aap Premium le lo.” This was never informed before I made the payment. I feel completely misled because they used profit screenshots to convince me, but after payment they changed their statement and tried to push me to upgrade to a higher-priced plan.
I requested a refund, but the company has refused to provide any refund or proper resolution. Based on my experience, this appears to be a clear case of misleading claims and cheating, as they hide important information before taking payment and then try to extract more money.
I have full proof including payment screenshot, voice notes, WhatsApp chats, and a complete communication video. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not trust such claims blindly. Strict action should be taken against such companies so that they do not continue to mislead and financially harm more people. — No Options to attach Video and Audio
