I bought a Mini Pocket Laptop on 29th September at 09.30 hours from Shopify ( Invoice No KKW37609864 and Invoice date October 7, 2020 12:25 PM) .
The biggest forgery which I realised was once I opened the parcel ( delivered by Ekart vide Tracking Details Ekart/SSGP4000013631) today, it didn’t have a mini pocket laptop but it is a woolen shirt!
the return address mentioned on the parcel is Kartik Enterprise KTA19FF, New Delhi 110085. both the phone numbers given are out of service.
I want my credit card transaction with Federal Bank reversed, bank can’t do it till the time the merchant reverses it, please help

The best to fuck these type of companies are by placing a COD order and then not accepting the order

This Kartik Enterprise makes the web page through Spotify free web service and collects the order .. I say the order details on eKart site Its Delhi — Gurugram — Indore — Bhopal — my city. This is completely fraud.. guys … ?
