I had ordered the cloth online opting for cash on delivery the courier service was xpressbee tracking id 13194211602909. The item which I have ordered and the materials which I have received is in worst cloth. I tried to enquire with xpressbee who had received the cash when the item was delivered and they were not ready to share the contact details of the company which is transacting with them. Later they shared with me the details of a third-party agency Bigfoot Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd who are transacting the deal and getting cash from courier service Xpressbee. This courier service is also involved in this fraud. I have incurred an Rs.749/- loss. But action to be taken and all those involved needs to be punished by law. The courier service address mentioned in the courier slip is not clear address. Need immediate action on this.
