I ordered one preworkout (supplement) from an online website bigflex.in , i paid rs 832 amount online through simple pay option, I need to cancel the order as price was less after an hour for that particular product, there is an option to cancel so i cancelled the ordered but i didn’t receive any information for refund, so i tried contacted their helpline number for 3 days but all agents were busy. i email them and they asked me to contact through whatsapp and i get a response sorry they can’t refund for cancel product. Also tbe response are unprofessional and seems bogus, please help me in getting refund as they are also doing this to others as well
